Farrell-Morhenn files lawsuit against the owner of the "Dolls of Los Santos" account
The claim says the account owner secretly photographed women in public for a "personal collection"
LOS SANTOS, San Andreas — October 22, 2026 —
Farrell-Morhenn has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman against the owner of the "Dolls of Los Santos" account. The case is led by Associate Attorney Salvador Moreno.
The account was dedicated to photographing women in public without their knowledge. It described them as "dolls" and presented the photographs as capturing and immortalizing their beauty, with the stated aim of building a "personal collection". The posts drew wide attention online, and the firm's client, one of the women pictured, has since come forward.
The lawsuit alleges intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. It states that the defendant's outrageous conduct has left the client with severe anxiety and emotional distress.
This case is about more than photographs. It is not about whether you can take a picture of someone in a public space. It is about the deliberate targeting of women to be added to someone's so-called collection. My client deserves to go about her life without fear of being watched, photographed and publicly displayed for the entertainment of a fetishistic stranger. This has caused her intense and severe emotional distress. We intend to identify the individual behind the account and hold them accountable through the proper legal process.
Farrell-Morhenn remains committed to acting in the public interest.
